Nun ist es also wieder soweit: Lockdown, Schmockdown.

Ab Mittwoch schließen wir das Ladengeschäft, um unseren Teil zur Verbesserung der Lage beizutragen. Daraus folgen zwei wichtige Maßnahmen, die uns schon im Frühjahr über Wasser gehalten haben:

1. Wir bitten alle Ladenkund*innen, sich den Inhalt ihrer ABO-BOXEN nach Möglichkeit
zuschicken zu lassen. Der Versand Eurer Comics wird in der letzten Jahreswoche erfolgen. Wer uns also bis dahin eine kurze Mitteilung schickt (und falls noch nicht vorhanden, natürlich auch eine aktuelle Versandadresse und eine gültige Zahlungsweise), bekommt seine Bestellungen dann direkt ans Lockdown-Sofa geliefert. Wir erwarten bis dahin noch drei Lieferungen, es dürfte also auch schön was zusammenkommen.

2. Maßnahme Nummer zwei ist das Zünden der nächsten SALE-Stufe: Pünktlich zum Lockdown gibt es bei uns alle Marvel-Hefte zum halben Preis! Das gab´s noch nie. Ausgenommen sind nur Hefte aus dem verfluchten Covid-Jahr 2020. Aber Achtung: Dieser 50 % Sale ist nur von begrenzter Dauer, also wartet mit der weihnachtlichen Shopping-Tour nicht all zu lange.

Zuletzt noch ein Hinweis an unsere Versandkunden. Durch die extreme Verspätung der aktuellen Lieferung, wird in dieser Woche kein Versand mehr möglich sein. Stattdesssen gehen alle Lieferungen somit nach unserer Weihnachtspause in der letzten Dezemberwoche raus.

Wie es nach dem Lockdown weitergeht, lässt sich aufgrund der hohen Dynamik der Ereignisse noch nicht sagen. Geplant ist derzeit aber eine Öffnung des Ladengeschäfts ab dem 12.01.2021 bzw. eine Wiederholung des Curbside-Pick-up-Modells. Wir halten Euch diesbezüglich auf jeden Fall auf dem Laufenden.

So now it's that time again: lockdown, schmockdown.

Starting Wednesday, we're closing the retail store to do our part to improve the situation. As a result, we are taking two important steps that have kept us afloat this spring:

1. We ask all store customers to have the contents of their ABO BOXES (pull boxes with subscriptions) to be sent to them.
The shipping of your comics will take place in the last week of the year. So send us a short message (including a current shipping address and a valid payment method if we don’t have them already) and your orders will be delivered directly to your lockdown sofa. We expect three more deliveries until then, so it should be quite a lot.

2. Measure number two is the ignition of the next SALE stage: Just in time for Lockdown, we'll be offering all Marvel issues at half price! That's never happened before. The only exceptions are issues from the cursed Covid year 2020. But beware: This 50% sale is only for a limited time, so don't wait too long with your Christmas shopping tour.

Lastly, a note to our shipping customers. Due to the extreme delay of the current delivery, no more shipping will be possible this week. Instead, all deliveries will go out after our Christmas break in the last week of December.

How it will go on after the lockdown cannot be said yet due to the high dynamics of the events. However, it is currently planned to open the store from 12.01.2021 or to repeat the curbside pick-up model. We will definitely keep you updated in this regard.
